摘　　要：徐复观认为忧患意识是一种政治自觉意识,一种政治责任意识,一种奋发意识,一种远见意识。忧患意识经历了"敬"、"彝"、"礼"、"仁"四个阶段,在这个发展历程中,徐复观深刻地发掘了它所孕育的政治思想:自由精神,平等理念和政治价值根源。XU Fu-guan＇s considered the consciousness of hardship a kind of consciousness of political awareness, a kind of consciousness of political liability, a kind of consciousness of exerting oneself, a kind of consciousness of foresight; It experiences the four stages：＂respect＂, ＂Yi＇, ＂ritual＂, ＂goodness＂. In this development course, he profoundly promulgates the political thinking which its breeds; Free spirit, equal theory and political value root.
