摘 要:为实现工业中汽车、飞机、骨骼和模具外形等物体的三维重建,介绍了基于激光线扫描的双目立体视觉三维测量系统。2个摄像机同时摄取一个扫描激光光条图像,经过图像预处理、光条特征点提取、图像匹配,利用视差计算出光条上所有点的坐标值,即光条处物体的三维信息。通过坐标系之间的转换把各光条统一到同一世界坐标系下,得到整个物体的三维重建。利用该系统对一标定块进行测量,空间距离误差小于0.1 mm,并对鼠标进行扫描测量,得到其表面的三维数据,基本满足逆向工程的要求。In order to rebuild the shape of cars planes, bones and moulds etc in industry, a novel 3- D measurement system of binocular stereo vision based on laser line scanning is introduced. The images with a laser strip are captured by two cameras at the same time, by means of processing image, distilling the special points of laser strip and matching the image, all the 3-D coordinates of points on the scanning laser strip can be obtained by the disparity, namely the 3-D information of the measured object on the strip. In traditional laser scanning measurement system, the 3-D information of an object in the scanned range can be obtained by shifting one of the 3-D coordinates of the object in a laser strip parallelly. In this paper, by transforming the coordinate systems, all the 3-D information of laser strips can be transformed into a public coordinate system, so that the 3-D reconstruction of the whole object can be achieved. A standard drone is measured with the system and the error of spatial distance is less than 0.1 mm. A mouse is also measured with the accurate 3-D data of its surface, which satisfies the requirement of reverse project on the whole.
