摘 要:研究了以3,3',4,4'-二苯醚四酸二酐和4,4'-二氨基二苯醚为原料,用经典的聚酰胺酸化学亚胺化法合成一系列不同分子量马来酰亚胺封端的聚醚酰亚胺的步骤和原理,通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和紫外光谱确认了其结构,用GPC和1HNMR确认了其分子量及分子量的分布。实验表明,产物的实际数均分子量和理论值较相符。这些齐聚物理论分子量在834g/mol~2730g/mol范围内,可溶于一定极性溶剂中。探讨和分析合成聚酰胺酸及其完全亚胺化产物的相关影响因素。Polyimides endcapped with thermosetting groups are a major class of high performance net- work forming polymers. A series of maleimide-terminated polyetherimide oligomers from 3, 3', 4, 4' -oxydiphthalic anhydride (3, 3' , 4, 4'-ODPA) and 4,4'-oxydianiline (ODA) were prepared by utilizing an amicacid chemical imidization route and characterized by means of FTIR, ^1H NMR and UV. Soluble oligomers were synthesized with controlled molecular weights ranging from 0.83 to 2.73 kg/ mol. Molecular weight characterization was performed by using GPC and ^1H NMR, which revealed a good agreement between the theoretical and experimental (Mn) values. The effects of reaction conditions in forming poly (amicacid) and fully cyclized polyimide oligomers were also investigated preliminarily.
