摘  要:田间条件下对1995年定植的沙田柚的内膛和外围无果春梢叶片的光合特性进行了比较研究.结果表明:(1)沙田柚外围叶片晴天净光合速率日变化为双峰曲线,内膛叶片净光合速率日变化夏季为双峰曲线,秋季为“旗形”曲线;夏季内膛叶的光合作用不可忽视.(2)叶片光补偿点为23.66-47.81μmol.m^-2s^-1,光饱和点为1547-1599μmol.m^-2s^-1,表观量子效率为0.03366~0.04986,CO2补偿点为61.21~69.57μmol.mol^-1,饱和点为823-934μmol.mol^-1,羧化效率为0.02142~0.03408,具有C3植物的明显特征,外围叶和内膛叶对光和CO2的响应不同.(3)净光合速率与生理生态因子间相关性因季节变化而不同.A comparative study under field conditions was conducted of the photosynthetic characteristics of inner and peripheral fruitless spring-shooting leaves from 8-year-old Shatian pomelo tree crowns. The results are as follows: (1)the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of the peripheral leaves presents a bimodal curve ; the diurnal variation of Pn of the inner leaves shows a peak in summer and a "Flag" curve in autumn; thus the photosynthesis of the inner spring-shooting leaves can't be neglected; (2)the light compensate (Lcp) and saturated (Lsp) point of the leaves are 23.66-47. 81 μmol. m^-2s^-1 and 1 547-1 599 /μmol . m^-2s^-1 respectively; the apparent quantum efficiency is between 0. 033 66 and 0. 049 86; the CO2 compensate (Ccp) and saturated (Csp) point are 61.21-69.57 μmol . mol^-1 and 823-934 μmol . mol^-1 respectively, and the carboxylation efficiency is between 0. 021 42 and 0. 034 08, which indicates that Shatian pomelo takes on an obvious character of C3 type plant and the responses of the peripheral and inner leaves to light intensity and CO2 are different; (3)the correlativity between the leaves' Pn and physio-ecological factors varies with the season.
