摘　　要：目前,我国还没有出台针对小排量、高能效汽车的税收减免政策,没有对油耗未达标汽车产品实行惩罚性税收的政策,道路收费和停车收费政策还只在部分城市实行,并没有大面积的推广应用。There are no policies about reducing and waiving taxation for the vehicles which are lower displacement and higher energy efficiency, no punishing taxation policy for the vehicles which are below fuel consumption standard in China right now. Additionally the policies of toll road and parking charge are only implemented in part of cities, and not extended in China yet.
