摘  要:超高速平板通道毛细管电泳是90年代发展的一种秒级分离的新颖技术。应用现代微电子光刻技术将化学反应、进样、分离和检测等组合在数厘米玻片上。实现分离分析的小型化、集成化、一体化和自动化。本文综合评述微电子光刻蚀机械技术制作平板通道毛细管,平板通道毛细管电泳的进样、电泳分离、检测及应用研究的进展,并展望了其发展前景。A novel ultra-high speed separation method, channel capillary electrophoresis on p1anar microchip, was developed in 1990's. By means of micromachining techniques a chan- nel capillary electrophoresis system consisting of sample injector, reactor, separation capil- lary and detectors has been fabricated in a planar glass chip. The miniaturization, integration and automation of separation and determination have been realized. In this paper, a kind of high-technique, the photolithographic patterning of layer structures on surface of glass wafers, utilized for producing planar channel capillary is described and progressions in this new capillary electrophoresis method are reviewed. We summarized the advances in sample injection, electrophoretic separation, detection and application and also forecasted the prospect of development of channel capillary e1ectrophoresis on planar microchip.
