摘　　要：随着全球贸易的日趋融合,商务英语信函在国际商务交际活动中发挥了越来越重要的作用。采用英美学派话语分析方法,从及物性、语气、情态和语境四个角度对国际商务英语信函进行了具体的话语分析,说明商务英语信函的特殊交际功能决定了其话语的特殊性。With the integration of global trade, business English letters have become increasingly important in international business communication. This paper argues that the special communicative functions of business English letters decide their uniqueness in discourse after applying methods of the British-American school to the practical discourse analysis of business English letters from perspectives of transitive, mood, modality and context.
