根管治疗一次法治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨根管治疗一次法治疗牙髓病及根尖周病的疗效。方法:选择有牙髓炎和慢性根尖周炎需要做根管治疗的患者200例,随机分为两组,实验组采用根管治疗一次法进行治疗,对照组采用根管治疗传统治疗法进行治疗,比较治疗一周及一年后的疗效。结果:根管治疗一次法在术后一周内出现剧烈疼痛4例,轻微不适3例;传统根管治疗法术后一周无剧烈疼痛,出现轻微不适5例;一年后复查,根管治疗一次法成功97例,传统根管治疗法成功95例。经x2检验,P>0.05,二者疗效无显著差异。结论:根管治疗一次法是治疗牙髓病及根尖周病有效的方法。Objective：To explore the effect of single therapy for root canal in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis. Methods：200 patients suffering from pulpitis and chronic periapieal periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. 100 eases were treated by traditional debridement and instrumentation as experimental group. 100 eases were treated by one - visit root canal therapy as control group. Curative effect after treatment for one week and one year were compared respectively between two groups. Results： Follow- up was condueted for one year.The successful rate of the single therapy for root canal was 97% .The suecesful rate of the traditional therapy was 95%. There was no obvious difference between the two groups. （P 〉 0.05）Conclusions：The single therapy for mot canalis feasible was effective in the treament of chronic periapical periodonitis and pulpitis.
