摘  要:在2-巯基苯并噻唑分子中引入硼元素(B)和油溶性基团正辛氧基,合成了2-硫酮苯并噻唑啉-3-甲基二正辛基硼酸酯(OTB),以它作为润滑油添加剂,采用四球摩擦磨损试验?铜片腐蚀性试验分别考察了加有OTB的菜籽油(RO)的摩擦学性能及抗腐蚀性能,分析了载荷?摩擦时间?添加剂含量对菜籽油摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,在菜籽油中添加OTB后,其承载能力明显提高,磨斑直径和摩擦系数均显著下降,特别在较高的载荷下具有更好的抗磨减摩性能,并表现出较好的抗腐蚀性能,可以作为润滑油多功能添加剂使用。A novel 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) was modified with boron element and n-octoxyl and a new type of additive (OTB) was synthesized. Four ball machine test and copper strip corrosive test were used to investigate the effects of load, test duration and the content of the new additive OTB in oil on the tribological performance and anti-corrosion properties of rapeseed oil (RO). The results indicated that the load capacity of RO with OTB added could be obviously enhanced, the wear diameter and frictional coefficients of the system were lowered. The anti-wear and friction-reducing abilities of RO were obviously improved, especially at the condition of high load. OTB can be utilized as a multifunctional additive.
