摘  要:目的比较连续板式超滤与间歇板式超滤在头孢菌素C发酵液过滤提纯中的效果。方法进行30批连续板式超滤与间歇板式超滤的对比试验。结果表明连续式板式超滤分离头孢菌素C发酵液具有膜污染程度小,清洗后膜通量易恢复,滤液质量好、滤液单位均一等优势。结论连续板式超滤更适应头孢菌素C的过滤分离及与后续提取工艺的整合。Objective To compare the effects of the filtration and purification of cephalosporin C from fermentation broth between plate-and-frame continuous ultra-filtration and plate-and-frame intermission ultrafiltration. Methods Thiry batches of plate-and-frame continuous ultra-filtration experiments and 30 batches of plate-and-frame intermission ultra-filtration experiments were conducted and their results were compared. Results The results showed that plate-and-frame continuous ultra-filtration provided obvious advantages such as low contamination, easy comeback of membrane flux after cleaning, high quality of filtrate and uniformity of filtrate concentration. Conclusions Plate-and-frame continuous ultra-filtration is more suitable for the filtration and separation of cephalosporin C and can easily be integrated with following extraction techniques.
