摘  要:总结了传统压边力设计经验公式,分析了高强度钢板替换普通钢板时传统压边力经验公式的适用性问题,指出传统压边力设计经验公式在高强度钢板冲压成形中应用的局限性;对比分析了压边力变化对普通深冲钢板和高强度钢板成形性能的影响规律;通过应变扩展分析和成形极限解释了高强度钢板成形性能对压边力波动敏感的原因;为进一步修正高强度钢板的压边力设计方法奠定了基础。The traditional design methods of blank holding force were summarized. The availability of the traditional empirical formulae of blank holding force (BHF) was analyzed while using high strength steel instead of ordinary deep drawing grade. The limitation of traditional empirieal formulae to be applied to deep drawing of high strength steel pan- els was figured out. Then the sensitivity of the formability and accuracy to BHF for different kinds of steels were compared and the reasons were further analyzed by strain hardening and forming limit curves. The results above provide a foundation for the BHF design for high strength steel sheet.
