摘  要:对TB2钛合金筒形件(管材)进行了变薄旋压成形试验,探讨了合金锻坯和挤压坯旋压变形后的组织性能、强化效应和塑性变形规律。结果表明,合金锻造变形率大于70%时可基本消除铸态组织;温度≥700℃、道次减薄率为20%~30%、进给比为0.5~1.0 mm·r^(-1)时,合金筒形件旋压变形稳定。同时,对TB2钛合金旋压件进行了热处理试验,研究了固溶温度、时效温度对合金组织性能的影响,确定了合金的固溶温度和时效温度分别为710和520℃。The microstructure and mechanical properties of TB2 titanium alloy forging-blank and its extruding-one after tube-spinning were investigated. The deformation-strengthen effect and plastic deformation mechanism of TB2 titanium alloy were also studied. The results show that TB2 titanium alloy cast-ingot can be converted into deformed-structure when forging-rate reaches to 70%. The alloy tubes can be spun smoothly under the condition in which spinning-temperature, reduction in thickness at every turn and feed rate are 700 ℃, 20%-30% and 0. 5-1.0 mm·r^-1, respectively. The influences of solution temperature and aging temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TB2 titanium alloy were researched with the aid of heat-treatment, and heat-treatment system was optimized and chosen, in which solution temperature and aging temperature are 710 and 520℃, respectively.
