摘 要:针对电能质量指标中电压波动和闪变的计算问题,提出了一种基波有效值的快速算法。根据计算电压波动和闪变时只需基波有效值的特性,首先对离散傅立叶变换算法进行改进,然后使用改进后的算法进行基波有效值的计算,最后计算电压波动和闪变值。通过实验,验证了该方法的可行性和准确性,同时与传统的FFT算法进行比较,表明该方法能够提高计算电压波动和闪变的运算速度,进行实时检测,具有广泛的应用前景。One of the key problems, which how assure the stability and security of power quality, depends on quickly and effectively detecting voltage fluctuation and flicker. First, it is required that the calculation of RMS of fundamental frequency component is not only accurate, but also real time. In order to solve the problem that voltage RMS of fundamental frequency component is accurate and real - time, a fast calculation method is presented. It proved the feasibility and validity by testing real data. And compared with traditional FFT algorithm, its speed is quicker. The fundamental principle, improved process, experiment comparison and actual applicative prospect are described in detail.
