从提高就业率的角度谈高校如何开设就业指导课——以新疆财经大学为例

摘　　要：开设就业指导课,是帮助学生掌握就业方面的知识、信息、技能、经验的有效途径,目前已成为学校推动就业工作、提升就业率的一个重要手段。要加强就业指导课程建设,就必须把就业指导课列入必修课或必选课,积极开发就业创业指导教材,促进就业指导学科建设,促进就业指导教师队伍建设,实现就业指导教师队伍的专业化和职业化。It is the effective way to help students learn the knowledge, information, technical ability and experience of employment by opening vocational guiding course. It has already become an important means which promotes employment and improves the rate of employment at present. In order to reinforce the construction of vocational guiding course, it is of great necessity to list vocational guiding course among compulsory courses or required courses, develop employment and entrepreneur guiding material actively, promote the construction of employment guiding subject, enlarge the ranks of employment guiding teaching staff, and achieve specialization and professionalization. To establish vocational guiding course better and improve the employment rate of the graduates, this paper advances some suggestions in terms of the construction of vocationsl guiding.
