摘 要:目的探讨RAC-1和FAP-1在肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)中的表达及其与肝癌浸润转移之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP技术,检测50例肝癌组织中RAC-1和FAP-1的表达,分析其与肝癌侵袭转移之间的关系。结果50例肝癌组织中RAC-1和FAP-1的表达与HCC的Edmondson分级、侵袭转移能力密切相关,而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关;RAC-1和FAP-1的表达具有高度协同性。结论RAC-1和FAP-1的表达能反映HCC的侵袭转移能力,联合检测两种蛋白在肿瘤组织中的表达,可以更准确判断HCC的恶性程度和生物学行为。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of RAC-1 and FAP-1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and metastasis characters of HCC. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RAC-1 and FAP-1 in primary tumor tissue of 50 cases of HCC and the results were analyzed in combination with the metastasis characters of HCC. Results The expression of RAC-1 and FAP-1 in HCC had a close relation with Edmondson grade and metastasis potential of tumor, but had no correlation with size of tumor and sex, age of the patients, Conclusion The expression of RAC-1 and FAP -1 in HCC may reflect the metastasis characters of HCC and combined detection of RAC-1 and FAP-1 in HCC may provide a more accurate parameter to judge the malignant degree and biological behaviors of HCC.
