摘  要:目的检测焦炉工外周血淋巴细胞热应激蛋白70(HSP70)水平的变化。方法在炼焦工人中选取118例作为接触组,无任何职业致癌物接触史的男性健康体检者50例为对照组。采用Western blot法检测淋巴细胞HSP70蛋白表达,并采用高效液相色谱法检测苯并(a)芘(B[a]P)及GB5748—85《作业场所空气中粉尘浓度测定方法》测定粉尘。结果各测定地点粉尘和B[a]P浓度都远远高于国家卫生标准。接触组不同工龄组之间HSP70蛋白的表达水平具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且随着工龄的增加,HSP70的表达量增加(r=0.931,P<0.01)。结论结果表明焦炉逸散物可能致焦炉工外周血淋巴细胞HSP70表达水平升高并可能与工龄有关。Objective To observe the changes of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) levels in peripheral blood lymphoeytes in coke oven workers. Methods 118 coke oven workers were chosen as the exposure group and 50 health persons without any occupational eareingen exposure were chosen as the control. Western blot was used to determine the levels of HSPTO in peripheral blood lymphoeytes. High performance liquid chromatography was used to detect B [ a ] P and dust was examined according to GB 5748-85. Results Dust and B [ a]P concentrations in every test point were much higher than the allowable limits to the national health standards. When compared with the control group, HSP70 levels in different exposure groups increased significantly (P〈0. 05) ,and the expressions of HSP70 in the exposure groups increased gradually with years of serviee(r =0.931 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is indicated that eoking oven emissions could induce the increases of HSP70 levels in lymphoeytes in coke oven workers and may be associated with the length of service.
