摘　　要：从理论上比较了利用电光偏转器进行激光脉冲整形的两种扫描光路和两种连接电路,得出系统的整形能力、能量利用率、光脉冲复原状况及其精度估计等相关结论,为进一步实验研究提供理论基础.This paper compares theoretically both two kinds of optical scanning paths and connecting circuits that use the electro-optic deflector to produce shaping laser pulse, draws conclusions on the shaping ability,energy utilization ratio, light pulse and precision estimation. These conclusions provide a basis for further theoretical study.
