摘 要:高校的人力资源作为一种特殊的人力资源,除具有一般人力资源的特点外,还具有人力资本丰富、可以复制和创新、个体需求多样、主观能动性和流动性强等特征。要实现高校人力资源的科学管理与合理开发,就需要在管理与开发的观念、原则、方法和制度建设等方面不断创新,从而建立与高校人力资源特征相适应的高校人力资源管理与开发的长效机制。The human resources in institutions of higher learning possess the general characteristics of human resources but they are also special human resources in that rich human capital, reproduction, creativity, diversified individual needs, subjective initiative, mobility are characteristic of them. To realize scientific management and reasonable development in universities" human resources, continuous innovation must be done in such aspects as concepts of management and development, principle, method and system construction. Only in this way can long - term mechanisms of human resources management and development be established, which fits in with the characteristics of human resources in colleges & universities.
