摘 要:逆向工程和快速成型技术一体化目前已发展成为CAD/CAM系统中相对独立的研究领域。本文阐述了逆向工程和快速成型的概念,论证了逆向工程和快速成型技术一体化在现代产品设计中应用的意义和模式,并从扫描模型的建立、数据采集、数据处理、CAD模型的重建、产品的再设计与快速成型技术等方面,对逆向工程和快速成型一体化具体运用过程进行了比较详细的分析和研究。将逆向工程与快速成型一体化技术应用于现代产品设计中,即可节约设计时间,又可节约设计成本,同时提高了产品的设计质量和精度。At present, the reverse engineering combined with rapid prototyping technology has become a relatively new research field in CAD/ CAM. The concept of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology was expounded. The significance for the ap- plication of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology in modern product design was demonstrated. The operational process of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology was discussed from following some aspects: establishing scan model, gathering data, disposal of data, reconstructing CAD model, product redesign and technology of celerity molding. With the application of reverse engineering combined with rapid prototyping technology, the design time of products was reduced, the design cost was cut down, the quality and accuracy of products was improved.
