手法小切口白内障及人工晶体植入术的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨手法小切口白内障及人工晶体植入的手术配合要点。方法对152例有核白内障患者在球后麻醉及面神经麻醉下实施手法小切口白内障及人工晶体植入术，经巩膜隧道切口，再应用圈套及手动灌注管进行囊外晶状体核摘除，最后植入人工硬晶体。结果152例有核白内障，无一例发生严重的术后感染和并发症，术后半个月视力为0．2—1．0。结论手法小切口白内障及人工晶体植入手术疗效确切，设备简单，适宜在基层和防肓工作中推广，恰当的护理配合有助于提高手术成功率。Objective In order to know the nursing cooperation points for small incision cataract and artificial intraocular lens implantation. Methods 152 patients with cataract were cured by small incision cataract and artificial intraocular lens implantation under the postbulbar and facial anaesthesia. Results All the patients had obtained successful operation, the postoperative vision were 0.2-1.0, Conclnsion The small incision cataract and artificial intraocular lens implantation has satisfactory effects with few instruments, which fits to carry out in skeleton hospitals.
