增强高校思想政治理论课吸引力的对策探析

摘　　要：当前高校思想政治理论课教学正处在新的改革和探索时期。增强思想政治理论课的吸引力和感染力,必须在吃透理论的基础上,做到理论与实践的有机结合;要提高教师的综合素质,以教师的人格魅力引导和打动学生;要以培养学生的思想素质和理论思维能力为着眼点,不断创新教学方法;要全面贯彻主体性教育思想,发挥学生学习理论的积极性和主动性,从而努力使思想政治理论课成为青年学生最需要、最喜爱的课程。At present, the college teaching of ideological and political theory is in a new period of reformation and exploration. The author thinks that in order to enhance the attractiveness of political theoretical courses, we must combine theory with practice on the basis of understanding theories completely; we must improve the overall quality of teachers, leading students with teacher＇s charismatic personality; we must innovate teaching methods on the basis of training students＇ ideological quality and theoretical thinking ability; we must implement the idea of subject-oriented education, making full use of the enthusiasm and initiative of students, and then make the ideological and political theory courses the most popular courses among college students.
