摘 要:采用图像分析技术研究了纸张平滑度和粗糙度对印刷油墨层厚度分布的影响。结果表明,纸张表面油墨层厚度符合正态分布,其标准差随着纸张平滑度的提高以及粗糙度的降低而减小,印刷表面粗糙度较别克平滑度更灵敏地反映纸张表面平滑程度对油墨层厚度分布的影响。The image analysis technique was adopted to study the effects of smoothness and roughness of printing paper on the thickness distribution of the printing ink film. The results showed that the thickness distribution of ink film is in accordance with normal distribution and its standard deviation which represents the uniformity of ink film thickness becomes smaller along with the increase of the smoothness, or the decrease of the roughness of the printing paper. Roughness is more sensitive than smoothness in reflecting the effect of paper surface evenness on the thickness distribution of the ink layer.
