摘　　要：随着中国民航运输需求的增长,航班延误问题日趋严重。用直接方法和间接方法构建了航班延误的成本模型,结合中国民航实际数据,对模型的参数进行估计,取得了较好的效果。对比了直接法和间接法的优劣,给出了其应用范围,为相关的决策提供了有利的指导。Nowadays ,there is an increasing demand for China air transportation. At the same time ,flight delays are becoming more apparent. This paper establishes flight delay cost function model by a direct method and an indirect method, on the basis of delay cost models. The parameters in the models are estimated according to the practical data of China＇s civil aviation. The paper maker a comparison between the .direct method model and the indirect method model. Moreover,it gives the scope of the applications. This provides favorable guidanee for related decision-making.
