摘　　要：系统应用视频测量技术测量油田下井管长度,能够在井管被吊车吊起的过程中完成测量,实时性较高。文章介绍了实际应用的具体方法,分析了系统的硬件组成及各个部分的作用。该系统测量准确,实用性高。最后说明了系统应用的局限性以及改进的方法。The length of oil field tube was measured by using video technique, which is finished during the process of tube hung up. The actual method was introduced and the hardware composing and the function of the each part were analyzed . Image processing part analyzed various method of image binarization. Edge detection, thinning edges and the simple and fast measuring method were given. The measuring result was accurate and valuable. Finally, the limitation and the method of the improvement were explained.
