摘　　要：自发秩序理论将社会秩序分为计划秩序和自发秩序两种,自生自发的秩序是最有价值的秩序。我国高等教育秩序以计划秩序为主,但也有一定成分的自发秩序。要培育和规范高等教育的自发秩序以进一步推进高等教育改革。The social order is composed of spontaneous order and planned order in the spontaneous order theory. The spontaneous order has the most value. The Chinese higher education order is the unification of both spontaneous and planned order. It is necessary to cultivate and regulate the spontaneous order so as to promote further advances of the higher education reform.
