摘　　要：从全面质量管理的概念和CMM的思想来源入手,详细介绍了软件能力成熟度模型对全面质量管理的体现,表明了能力成熟度模型对软件过程的全面控制,从而达到改进过程和满足用户的目的。The concept of Total Quality Management and the idea of Software Capability Maturity Model are introduced firstly. Then the Software Capability Maturity Mode incamates the Total Quality Management. It indicates the Capability Matudty Mode controls software process in total, thus it can be seen the goals of improving on the software process and satisfying user are attained.
