采用生物信息学策略对原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-14组织分布的初步分析

摘  要:目的应用生物信息学的方法分析原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-14的组织分布情况,以推测原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-14的生物学功能与特性。方法应用美国国家生物信息中心(NCBI)中的核酸数据库、EST数据库、Unigen数据库、Source资源和相应软件分析。结果原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-14定位于16p21.2,广泛表达于许多肿瘤组织,特别是在乳腺癌、脂肪肉瘤、转移性卵巢癌等肿瘤组织中明显高表达,而在皮肤、子宫颈、胃等正常组织中不表达。结论原发型肝癌相关抗原基因HCC-A-14编码的抗原可能与人类多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。[Objective] To bioinforrnatically analyze hepatoceUular carcinoma relative antigen gene HCC-A-14 distructed in human tissues, in order to speculate its function and speciality. [Methods] Database of nucleic acid, Expressed Sequence Tags(ESTs), Unigen, Source and correspond software in NCBI and Source were applied to analyze hepatocellular carcinoma relative antigen gene. [Results] Hepatocellular carcinoma relative antigen gene HCC- A-14 mapped in chromosome 16p21.2. Database surveys indicated that HCC-A-14 was ubiquitously expressed in many neoplastic tissues with various levels, especially high level in multiple neoplastic tissues, such as breast tumor, liposareoma, papillary serous ovarian metastasis, but did not express in normal tissues such as skin, uterus, stomach, etc. [Conclusions] The antigen coded by HCC-A-14 was related intimately with the occurrence and progression of human multiple neoplasm potentially.
