摘　　要：教师要了解学生的心理个性特点,充分调动学生的积极性,发挥和培养学生个性特长,这样,使学生在课堂上既能学到新的知识,又能达到锻炼身体的目的。By understanding students＇ psychological characteristics of personality, teacher can mobilize sufficiently students＇ learning enthusiasm, develop and cultivate their speciality, which make students can not only acquire new knowledge, but also have physical exercises.
