摘　　要：本论文主要研究视频序列图像中运动目标识别与跟踪的基本原理及实现方案。运动目标识别与跟踪系统是主要是通过对成像设备所获取的图像序列进行处理,力图从复杂的背景中识别出目标,并对目标的运动规律加以预测,实现对目标的连续、准确的跟踪。系统的算法涉及目标图像的预处理、目标识别与目标跟踪等。This paper mainly discuss the fundamental principle and realization scheme of mobile target＇s recognition and tracking based on image sequences. Mobile target＇s recognition and tracking system is mainly to recognize the target of complex background from the image sequences and predict the target＇s mobile regularity to realize target＇s exact tracking. The algorithm of this system refers to preliminary process of target image, target recognition ,target tracking, and so on.
