摘　　要：采用RAPD分子标记分析了越橘的7个栽培品系,RAPD扩增条带有较强的多态性,多态性在33.3%～100%。聚类结果表明:越橘各种群间遗传距离相对较远,说明各种群地理起源上的差异。利用RAPD指纹图谱,用2个引物就可以很好地区别和鉴定供试的越橘品种和不同的种群。It showed a very abundant polymorphism of 33.3%-100% among amplified bands via RAPD molecular markers of seven systems of blueberry. The result of clustering showed that there was a long distance among those groups which showed the difference of geological origin. Through RAPD fingerprinting map we can differentiate and identify the varieties and groups of blueberry with 2 primers.
