摘 要:目的通过研究应激大鼠模型的血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的动态变化,探讨多因素应激的病理生理机制。方法60只Wistar大鼠,A组24只4℃海水浸泡协同力竭性游泳致应激,B组24只单纯力竭性游泳应激,C组12只做对照。应激开始后不同时间点收集血浆,放射免疫法测定血浆PRA、AngⅠ、AngⅡ。结果A、B组应激大鼠血浆中PRA、AngⅡ含量较对照组明显升高(P值均<0.01);A组应激后迅速升高,15min达峰值,B组45min达峰值,随后两组均维持高水平。结论应激大鼠血浆PRA、AngⅡ分泌明显增加,多因素诱导应激较单因素诱导升高迅速,随后均维持较高水平分泌。Objective To investigate the changes of rat plasma renin activity (PRA) and Angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) after stress induced by cold sea water immersion and exhausted swimming. Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were divided into group A (n = 24) immersed into 4 ℃ sea water and exhausted by swimming, group B exhausted by swimming (n = 24) and control group (n= 12). Plasma was collected in 10, 15, 45 min and 1, 2 h after experiment began and the plasma levels of PRA and AngⅡ were detected by radioimmunologie methods. Results In groups A and B, the plasma levels of PRA and AngⅡ were higher than those in the control group (P〈0. 01) ; the peak was quickly reached at 15 min in group A, and at 45 min in group B, then both kept at a high level. Conclusion The plasma levels of PRA and AngⅡ increased in stressed rat obviously. Those changes induced by multiple factors develop more quickly than by single factor, and then keep at a high level.
