摘  要:选用装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠瘘管和临时性颈静脉插管的雄性水牛3头(1.5岁、250kg),研究去势对瘤胃微生物消化代谢的作用。结果表明,动物去势后12d,瘤胃细菌蛋白下降19.08%(P<0.05),TVFA下降8.07%(P<0.05),且丙酸比例下降;而瘤胃液中NH3—N水平增加15.24%(P<0.05)。去势后皱胃进入十二指肠食糜流量下降33.6%,1d内进入十二指肠总N量减少32.0%;含N组分中,细菌蛋白N量、过瘤胃蛋白N量、氨态N量分别下降42.7%,25.5%和28.2%。说明去势能明显影响瘤胃的消化代谢。Three male Chinese buffaloes (1.5y,250kg),with chronic rumen fistulae and duodenal cannula,were used to study the effect of castration on the rumen microbial digestion and metabolism.The results are as follows:castration reduced the concentrations of rumen bacterial protein by 19.08%(P<0.05),TVFA by 8.07%(P<0.05) and the percentatge of propionate in total acid contents, but induced 15.24% increase of NH 3 N content(P<0.05).In the meantime,the flow of digesta and the total content of N to duodenum decreased by 33.6% and 32.6% respectively.In the total centent of N,the bacterial protein N,by pass protein N and ammina N decreased by 42.7%,25.5% and 28.2% respectively.These results suggested that castration could change the rumen microbial digestion and metabolism.
