摘　　要："数字龙江",即信息化的黑龙江,是以黑龙江省为对象的数字化、网络化、可视化、智能化的信息集成、应用与共享系统建设。说明空间信息技术、地理信息系统和数字龙江的关系,并阐述我省空间信息技术的优势和存在的问题,针对空间信息资源的特点和黑龙江省实际情况,研究提出促进我省空间数据和地理信息系统建设的思路。Digital Longjiang means information Heilongjiang, which is the construction of digitization,networkrization, visualization, intellectualized information integration, applying and sharing systerm. It explains the relation of space information technology,GIS and digital Longjiang. It expatiates the advantage and question of space information technology in Heilongjiang. Based on the features of space information resources and practi- cal status in Heilongjiang, the measures of improving the construction of space information technology and GIS in Heilongjiang are put forward.
