球头硅胶管置管治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨球头硅胶管置管治疗慢性泪囊炎的安全性和疗效。方法给不同年龄组的慢性泪囊炎患者(老年组87例,非老年组65例)行泪道植入球头硅胶管治疗,置管时间为3个月,随访时间为18个月。观察该治疗方法的疗效。结果手术后,老年组3个月,18个月随访的治愈率均为93.2%;非老年组3个月,18个月随访的治愈率为95.4%和92.1%;2组均取得较好疗效(>0.05)。结论泪道球头硅胶管置管治疗慢性泪囊炎,疗效显著,在老年人也可取得同样好的效果。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of spherical silicone tube incubation in elderly patients with chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Clinical data of 87 elderly patients（≥ 65 years） diagnosed chronic dacryocystitis by lacrimal passage irrigation was analyzed and compared with that of 65 non-elderly chronic dacryocystitis in the period. The silicone tubes were removed after 3 months. The follow- up period was 18 months. Re- sults In elderly group, the total effective rate was 94.0% at 3 months and 94.0% at 18 months postoperatively. In non-elderly group, the effective rate was 96.4% at 3 months and 92. 1 % at 18 months postoperatively. There were no significant differences between elderly group and non-elderly group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The spherical silicone tube intubation for elderly patients with chronic dacryocystitis has many advantages such as minimal injury, safety and connivances. It can substitute for classical operation and easily be accepted by elderly patients.
