摘　　要：复杂的社会环境,膨胀的学生人数,就业的巨大压力,网络中的迷失等等,给高校思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战。如何加强和改进高校思想政治工作,本文从提高"两课"教学质量,引导学生参与社会实践,良好校园文化氛围的创设,加强网络资源的建设和管理,构筑学校、社会和家庭多途径、多层次的教育网络等方面进行了阐述,旨在探索高校思想政治教育的新途径,革新教育方法,增强教育效果。The complicated social environment, the inflation student population, the enormous pressure of employment, losing in the network and so on, has brought the new challenge for the universities. How to strengthen and improve universities ideological and political work？ The paper comments from improving the ＂Two Courses＂ quality of teaching, guiding students to participate in social practice, the good campus culture atmosphere establishment, strengthening the network resource construction and management, building schools, the community and family multichannel, multi - levels of education networks and so on. Which aimed at probing new colleges and universities ideological and political education approach, reforming the effect educating method, strengthening education.
