马铃薯治疗静脉输液外漏的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察马铃薯对输液外漏的治疗作用。[方法]选青紫兰兔20只,随机分为20%甘露醇组和10%葡萄糖酸钙组,每组10只,右耳为实验组,左耳为对照组。20%甘露醇组在兔耳中部各注射20%甘露醇1mL。10%葡萄糖酸钙组在兔耳中部各注射10%葡萄糖酸钙溶液1mL。实验组于注射后用新鲜马铃薯糊涂抹,对照组用生理盐水涂抹,15min涂1次,共3次。测量注射前、注射后即刻及涂抹后15min、30min、45min、60min、75min肿胀区域中心厚度。[结果]实验组兔耳于注射后30min局部肿胀程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后75min肿胀程度与注射前相比无统计学意义。而对照组治疗后75min与注射前相比,肿胀程度有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对20%甘露醇和10%葡萄糖酸钙引起的静脉外漏,外涂马铃薯糊后肿胀消退较快。Objective： To observe the curative effect of potato to treat intravenous transfusion induced outleakage. Methods： A total of 20 blue rabbits were selected and divided into 20 % Mannitol group and 10 % Calcium Gluconate group （10 rabbits each）, and the right ear as test group, left ear as control group. And 1 mL Marmitol was injected in rabbit ear central region in 20% Mannitol group, 1 mL 10% Calcium Gluconate was injected for each rabbit in 10 % Calcium Gluconate group respectively. The experimental group cases were applied with fresh potato. However, the control group ears were applied with sodium chloride, once 15 min for three times. The central thickness of swelling region of rabbit ears was measured before applying, 15 min,30 min, 45 rain,60 rain and 75 rain after applying respectively. Results： The swelling degree of rabbit ear at 30 min after injection in experimental group was less than that in control group （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significant difference in terms of swelling degree between experimental group and control group at 75 rain after injection （ P 〉 0.05 ）. However, there was statistical significant difference in terms of swelling degree between 75 rain after injection and before injection in control group cases （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The local swelling will disappeared more quickly after potato applying for outleakage caused by intravenous injection of 20% Mannitol or 10% Calcium Gluconate.
