摘　　要：DNA与蛋白质之间的相互作用是研究染色质水平上基因表达调控机制的重要领域。染色质免疫沉淀技术(chromatin immunoprecipitation assay,ChIP)是研究体内DNA-蛋白质相互作用的较为理想的分析手段。该文介绍了染色质免疫沉淀技术的原理、应用以及最新研究进展。DNA-protein interactions are a major challenge in the research of gene transcription regulation. Chromatin immunoprecipitation assay （CHIP） provides a powerful tool to analyze this interaction in vivo. This article summarizes the methods of ChIP assay , and highlights the application and recent progress in the application of this technique.
