摘　　要：人体气机升降法于自然。若人体气机升降运动受自然环境反常变化的影响，或机体内部气的升降失调而不能顺应自然变化时，就会发生疾病。而脾胃在气机升降中有着特殊作用。若脾胃升降失常，则清阳之气不能敷布，后天之精不能归藏，饮食清气无法进入，废浊之物不能排出。Abstract It is considered that ascending and descending of functional activities of Qi lies in nature.Diseases may occur when ascending and descending of functional activities of Qi is affected by abnormal changes of natural environment,or there is failure to conform to natural changes because of the disorder of ascending and descending of functional activities of Qi in the human body. As the spleen and the stomach play a special role in ascending and descending,different kinds of morbid conditions may appear in case of disharmony between the ascending and descending function of the spleen and the stomach resulting in failure of the clear Qi to ascend and acquired food essence to nourish five Zang-organs,and still a failure of wastes and the turbid to be discharged.
