摘　　要：提出半一致结构的概念,验证半一致结构上所有环境的交是一个偏序关系;给出半一致空间上极值的定义和等价条件;最后在半一致空间上给出最优化问题的一般模型,并将下半连续泛函在紧集上可达到下确界定理推广到半一致空间上。In this paper, the notion of semi-uniform is put forward, and the proposition that the intersection of all entourages of a semi-niform is a partial order is testified. Furthermore, the definition and equivalence condition of extremum in the semi-uniform spaces is given by the partial order. Finally, the general model of optimization problems in the semi-uniform spaces is obtained, and the infimum of a lower semi-continuous mapping from a compact set to a semi-uniform space is reached.
