摘　　要：在道路"肠梗阻"日益严重的今天,交通信号的优化配时无疑成为一剂有效的良药。Modbus作为一种通信协议,正在被众多厂商广泛应用。采用Modbus通信协议,应用在交通信号系统中,实现智能化,为道路交通提供一个顺畅、快捷的运行环境。The optimized time-distributing of traffic signal absolutely becomes a potion of effective prescription, while the traffic jam like the ＂ileuses＂ of a patient is more and more serious. Modbus as a communication protocol is being applied by legion manufacturers. The paper mainly adopts Modbus communication protocol to the system of traffic sig- nal. And the traffic of road can be intelligent and be provided with a straightway and facilitative condition.
