摘  要:目的建立快速测定人脑脊液中神经递质类氨基酸的方法。方法用高效毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光法检测了40例正常脑脊液、38例病毒性脑炎病人脑脊液、42倒脑出血病人脑脊液神经递质类氨基酸。结果在20rain内分离出4种氨基酸,线性范围为0.1~50μmol/L,峰的迁移时间RSD0.56%~2.06%,峰面积RSD2.24%~3.79%;回收率为98%以上。结论高效毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光法具有快速、准确、灵敏的特点,可作为临床检测脑脊液标本中的神经递质类氨基酸的方法。Objective To establish a quick determination method of neurotransmitter amino acids of clinical patient cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Methods 120 patient CSF samples were detected by capillary electrophorsis with laser-induced fluorescence. Results 4 neurotransmitter amino acids were separated on base line in 20 min. Linear range of calibration curves was during 0. 1-50 μmol/L concentration,relative standard deviation (RSD) of peak time of mobility was 0. 56% -2.06% ,that of peak area 2.24%-3.79%. The recovery for 4 amino acid exceeded 98%. Conclusion Capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence can be useful as a selective ,rapid and sensitive tool for study of the mechanisms of these disorders.
