摘　　要：目的研究Artex(牙合)架系统在口腔正畸与颌面外科联合矫治中的应用。方法用Artex(牙合)架转移正颌手术患者的牙台关系,制作手术中间(牙合)板、终末(牙合)板。结果该(牙合)架系统可以精确、迅速地将上颌骨-颅骨复合体及颞下颌关节的状态转移到(牙合)架上。结论Artex骀架系统的应用,有利于提高(牙合)关系转移的精确度,从而提高(牙合)板的制作水平。Objective To study the clinical efficiency of the Artex articulator system in orthodontics and orthognathic surgery. Methods The patients＇occlusions were transferred to the Artex articulator during the preoperative course of orthodontic therapy, and middle occlnsal plates and final occlusal plates were made in an exact manner. Results The artex articulator system can transfer the complex of maxillae - cranial bones and tempormandibular joint exactly and quickly. Conclusion The use of the Artex articulator improved the accuracy of transferring occlusions and the level of the occlnsal plate.
