摘　　要：电子邮件的使用无处不在,设计一个便捷、实用的邮件系统是一项重要课题。"广源群发"的设计思想立足于新的角度,综合了各类邮件系统的优势。基于Portal机制,将"广源群发"的思想实现为一个可插拔组件并应用到IBM WSE中,扩展了IBM WSE的功能。通过介绍构想、创建以及部署、定制"电子邮件广源群发"portlet的过程,论述了"广源群发"思想的优势和IBMWSE与Portal在协调处理问题中所涉及的技术。E-mail has found an increasingly wide utilization in all fields. To design a convenient and practical E-mail system is its main concern. A new idea of ＂any Source and Group Send＂ from different angles, which can overcome the shortage of common E-mail system is introduced. WSE framework and Portal mechanism are used and its application domain. By introducing its design, building, installation, and customizotion the advantageds of ＂any source and group send＂ E-mail system based on WSE are discussed, and the technology involved in solving relevent problems in IBM WES and Portal is studied.
