脂溢性角化病皮损Survivin表达的免疫组化观察

摘　　要：目的观察脂溢性角化症的各病理分型对Survivin染色的表达情况。方法脂溢性角化症患者63例,组织病理分型,免疫组化ABC法进行Sunrivin染色观察。结果脂溢性角化症的各病理分型染色结果显示①棘层肥厚型14/21例阳性,7/21例弱阳性;②角化过度型:16/20例染色阳性,4/20例显示较弱染色;③腺样型:9/13例染色阳性,4/13弱染色;④刺激型:1/9例弱染色,其余染色阴性。结论脂溢性角化病普遍表达Survivin,提示其发病可能与凋亡抑制相关。Objective To explore the expression of survivin in different pathologic types of seborrheic keratosis. Methods Sixty-three patients with seborrheic keratosis were grouped by pathologic classification and immunohistochemistry methods were performed in all patients. Results The expression of survivin in different pathologic types of seborrheic keratosis were as follows：①14 out of 21patients in acanthotic type showed positive expression,while 7 patients showed weakly positive. ②16 out of 20 patients in hyperkeratotic type showed positive expression, while 4 patients showed weakly positive. ③ 9 out of 13 patients in adenoid type show positive expression,while 4 out of 13 show weakly positive. ④1 out of 9 patients in irritated type show weakly positive,while the others show negative expression. Conclusion The expression of survivin are observed widespreadly in seborrheic keratosis. It is suggested that survivin may related with apoptosis inhibition.
