摘　　要：目的探讨水平斜视矫正术对散光的影响,以便选择术后配镜的最佳时机。方法睫状肌充分麻痹后,由同一专职验光师进行视网膜检影验光。时间于术前3周、术后1周、4周、8周分别检影验光。结果:斜视手术对散光有一定的影响,不同术式,影响不同,但这种影响于术后4～8周基本可消失。结论水平斜视矫正术后配镜应于4～8周以后进行。Objective To study the effect of horizontal strbismus operation on astigmatism in order to find the best time for the prescription of glasses after strabismic surgery. Method Astigmatism diagnosed by the same professional ophthalmic optician with fantascopy after cycloplegia at 3 weeks before operation and 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks after operation. Results Strbismus operation have some effect on astigmatism. Different operative method has different effect, and the effect was seldom existent 4-8 weeks after operation. Conclusion The prescription of glasses should be done 4-8 weeks after strbismus operation.
