摘　　要：目的探讨阔筋膜额肌悬吊术治疗儿童重度先天性上睑下垂临床效果。方法对我院小儿眼科治疗的24例儿童重度先天性上睑下垂病例,术后6～24个月的效果观察。结果Ⅰ级(治愈)22例,占91.7%。Ⅱ级(好转)2例占8.3%,无过矫、睑外翻、暴露性角膜炎或睑缘畸形等并发症。1～3个月后上睑闭合不全基本消失。结论阔筋膜悬吊术损伤小、并发症少、效果好,是治疗儿童重度上睑下垂手术中理想的方式之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of banked fascia flap suspension surgery on severe congenital blepharoptosis Methods A total of 24 patients with severe congenital blepharoptosis accepted banked fascia flap suspension surgey. The postoperative effects were assessed during 6-24 months of follow up. Results 22 cases （91.7%） of the patients were cured（ Ⅰ）, 2 cases （8.3%） of the patients got improved（ Ⅱ ）. There was no complications of over correction , ectropion , exposure keratitis or palpebral margin deformities. The lagophthalmus disappeared after 1-3 month. Conclusion Banked fascia flap suspension surgery with ,little injury, little complication and good effect is one of the most ideal choice of threating severe congenitial blepharoptosis.
