羟基磷灰石义眼台植入在眼窝重建中的应用

摘　　要：目的统计分析501例(501眼)羟基磷灰石义眼台植入在眼窝重建中的应用。方法局麻或全麻下Ⅰ期植入307例,Ⅱ期植入194例。结果480例,疗效较好。并发症21例(4.19%):主要有(1)义眼台暴露18例,10例取出。(2)结膜切口裂开11例,7例自行愈合,4例第2次缝合愈合。结论羟基磷灰石是人体骨组织的主要无机成分,无毒,无抗原性,可安全使用。Objective Analyzing the effect of hydroxyapatite prosthesis implantion in patients with ocular socket sunken. Methods All patients were operated under local or general anesthesia, 307 cases were implanted initially and the other 194 cases received secondary planted implantation,the age from 2.5 years to 82 years. Results 480 patients achieved prosthetic motility they attained prosthetic appearance and good healing of conjunctive wound. Postoperative complication include implant exposure in 18 patients, 10 cases of them were extracted implants. Conjunctival wound dehiscence in 11 patients,7 cases healed spontaneously,the other 4 cases were managed by secondary suture. Conclusions hydroxyapatite prosthesis was excellent biocompatible meterial without cytotoxicity and allergization.
