摘　　要：目的:了解survivin基因的表达在小儿急性白血病发病过程中的意义。方法:用RT-PCR测定小儿急性白血病初诊患者survivin基因的表达,并结合临床特征、初步治疗反应进行比较。共研究了54例小儿白血病患儿并以36例非恶性血液病为对照,根据survivin基因的阳性和阴性分为2组,分析其临床特征和早期的治疗反应。结果:Survivin基因在非恶性血液病组中无1例被检出,白血病组中共41例被测出,明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。survivin基因阳性组的早期治疗反应好的病例数明显低于阴性病例组(P<0.01)。结论:测定survivin基因对诊断、判断预后、残留白血病的检测意义较大。Objective ：To explore the expression of s urvivin in bone marrow cells from children with leukemia. Methods：The expression of survivin were detected in 54 children with leukemia and 36 control subjects by RT-PCR. The relationship between the early treatment response and survivin expression was analyzed in all leukemia children. Results：In control sample survivin was not detected,and survivin was detected in 41 leukemia patients. Its positive rate was 79.53%,and expression of survivin in leukemia was significant higher than that of control. Early complete remission rate in survivin positive children with leukemia was significantly lower than that in survivin negative ones. Conclusion：The detection of survivin expression in leukemia might provide a tool for diagnosis, prognosis and MRD of leukemia.
