摘　　要：坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,已成为指导我们全面建设小康社会的基本思想。把这个思想贯彻到思想政治教育领域,就形成了思想政治工作的人本理念。这一理念既包含为人的全面发展服务的涵义,又包含为推进经济文化发展服务的涵义,克服了工具理性的缺陷,使思想政治工作能够更好地为人的全面发展服务,为经济文化发展服务。It has been established as the guidelines in building a well-off society in an all-round way to have a comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable, humanist and scientific view on development. When these guidelines are applied to ideological and political education, they formulate in ideological and political work the humanism which implies the idea of all-round development of mankind as well as that of promoting the development of economy and culture, overcoming the deficiency of instrumental rationality, enabling ideological and political work to better serve man＇ s all-round development and the development of economy and culture.
