摘  要:将超声波技术和双水相萃取技术耦合用于提取灯盏花中总黄酮。通过单因素实验与正交实验得出最佳提取工艺条件为:丙醇体积分数50%、料液比1∶30、超声提取15 min,此时总黄酮平均得率为6.01%。将该方法与常规醇提法进行比较,结果表明两种方法提取率相当,但超声波-双水相提取法快速、简便,提取与分离能同时完成,具有明显的优势。The ultrasonic wave and aqueous two-phase system co-extraction of total flavones from Erigeron breviscapus was studied in the thesis. The optimum extracting conditions were confirmed through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The best distilled conditions were as follows: the volume fraction of propanol 50%, the ratio of solid to solution 1 : 30, extraction time 15 min. And the average yield of total flavones achieved 6.01%. A comparison was made between above method and alcohol extraction method. The yield of alcohol extraction was almost the same as that of the other. With shorter reaction time and simpler operation, and it could conduct extraction and separation at the same time, therefore, ultrasonic wave and aqueous twophase extraction was obviously superior to alcohol extraction.
